Disappointing at best

How did you do? Poorly. Very poorly. A review of your processes, customer communication & advertised stock levels are well overdue. An email asking for feedback that states you fulfilled my order over 19 days ago when it has not even been despatched yet is the perfect example of how out of touch this company currently is. Do not advertise available stock if it is not in stock. Do not advertise that orders are despatched in 2 business days if you do not have the manpower to process & pack said orders. Extreme false advertising. If you are delayed for any reason, communicate to your customers so they can make alternate arrangements or at the very least be aware of the status of their order without requiring to follow you up numerous numerous numerous times without responses. If you are out of your depth yet still continuing to happily take people's money, the character of your management team leaves much to be desired. Do better. Be better.
