Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee:

The item must be identical in brand, model, and specifications
The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate dispatch
The price must be above $300 AUD
The competitor must be a legitimate Australian-based online retailer (not a physical storefront)
The competitor must be an authorised retailer of the product
Price matching applies to product prices only, excluding taxes and shipping costs

Exclusions

We do not offer price matching against:

Auction sites or marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Gumtree, Amazon Marketplace)
Flash sales, limited-time offers, or clearance stock
Loyalty pricing, coupon codes, or cashback offers
Bundle or multi-buy promotions (e.g. Buy One Get One Free)
Wholesalers, resellers, or commercial quotes
Products shipped internationally or from overseas-based stores
