If something goes wrong with your delivery, lodging a claim is straightforward. Simply provide a few brief details in the claim form, which should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. -
Fast Resolution:
Once your claim is submitted, Parcel Protect reviews it promptly. In most cases, claims are resolved as quickly as 15 minutes and as long as 3 business days, ensuring a swift outcome. If your claim is approved, the replacement item will be sent out immediately. -
Replacement of Your Product:
If your claim is valid, Parcel Protect will facilitate the replacement of your product at no additional cost to you. This means that any lost, damaged, or stolen items will be swiftly replaced, with minimal disruption.
