By applying to the A Man & His Cave Creator Affiliate Program ("the Program"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Program overview
The Program is operated by A Man & His Cave Pty Ltd (ABN 63 645 839 881). Approved creators receive a unique discount code and earn commission on qualifying orders placed using that code at amanandhiscave.com.au.

2. Commission & customer discount
Commission rates and customer discount percentages are set by A Man & His Cave at its sole discretion and may vary by creator. Your specific rates will be confirmed in writing upon acceptance into the Program. Rates may be adjusted with 14 days written notice.

3. Active content requirement
To remain eligible for commission payouts, you must have content featuring A Man & His Cave products and your unique code actively published on your social media channels. "Actively published" means at minimum one piece of content (Reel, TikTok, YouTube Short, or Story) posted within the preceding 60 days that visibly features or mentions A Man & His Cave products and includes your discount code or a verbal/written call-to-action directing viewers to use it. If commission-generating orders are received during a period where no qualifying content is live or recently published, A Man & His Cave reserves the right to withhold those commissions pending review. Orders that cannot reasonably be attributed to your content activity may be excluded from commission calculation.

4. Qualifying orders
Commission is earned on completed orders placed through amanandhiscave.com.au using your unique code. The following are excluded from commission calculation: cancelled or refunded orders, fraudulent or suspected fraudulent orders, orders placed by you or members of your household, and orders generated through paid advertising or coupon aggregator sites using your code without authorisation.

5. Payment
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid via bank transfer. A minimum threshold of $50 AUD in accrued commission applies before payout is processed. You are responsible for providing accurate bank account details and for any tax obligations arising from commission income.

6. Content standards
All content featuring A Man & His Cave products must comply with Australian Consumer Law, including clear disclosure of the commercial relationship (e.g. #ad, #partner, or equivalent). You must not make claims about product pricing, availability, or specifications that have not been approved by A Man & His Cave in writing. Content must not feature competitor products alongside A Man & His Cave products or depict the products in a manner that is misleading, offensive, or damaging to the brand.

7. Code usage
Your discount code is for distribution to your audience through your own content channels only. You must not submit your code to coupon aggregator websites, discount directories, or any third-party platform that redistributes discount codes. Unauthorised distribution of your code is grounds for immediate removal from the Program.

8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content you create. By participating in the Program, you grant A Man & His Cave a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, or feature your published content on A Man & His Cave's own organic social media channels with credit to you. This licence does not extend to paid advertising use unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with 7 days written notice. A Man & His Cave reserves the right to terminate participation immediately and without notice in cases of fraud, misuse of the discount code, breach of these terms, or conduct that damages the brand's reputation. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions above the minimum threshold for qualifying orders will be paid within 30 days. Your discount code will be deactivated upon termination.

10. Modifications
A Man & His Cave reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to the address provided at signup. Continued participation in the Program after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Limitation of liability
A Man & His Cave is not liable for any technical issues, platform outages, or tracking errors that may temporarily affect commission calculation. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve discrepancies promptly.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
