Our installers are booking up for Christmas. We'd rather tell you now than let you down in December.
Looking after our crew
Our installers do every install themselves, and December is our busiest month. To keep their workload fair and stop them working overtime, we're setting expectations early. Slots are filling up, so if you want your table in before Christmas, lock it in now. The closer we get to Christmas, the less we can guarantee an install date.
Install slots by week
Install weeks fill in order. Order as soon as possible to guarantee a pre-Christmas install.

- Mon 7 Declast day to order for a pre-Christmas install in QLD and VIC
- Mon 14 Declast day to order for a pre-Christmas install in NSW
- Fri 18 Declast installs before Christmas
- Mon 21 Decwarehouse closes for Christmas
- Mon 4 Janwarehouse reopens
- From Mon 11 Janinstalls begin again
Order-by dates are subject to install availability. They give us time to get your table to the right warehouse, and still need a free install slot before Christmas.
Install radius cut to 200km for Christmas
Our install crews normally cover 250km from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. For the Christmas peak we've cut that to 200km to keep their workload fair. Outside 200km, tables ship for self-install. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
What if I miss out?
Can I still order now?
Yes. Order now and we'll book you in for the first available date in January. If you need it by a specific date, please call our sales team before you buy and we'll see what we can do.

Your pre-order is unchanged. Pre-orders with installation bought between now and December won't have a pre-Christmas install guaranteed. Pre-orders without installation will still be sent out before Christmas, subject to availability and stock allocation.
Can I pick my install day?
Yes, subject to availability. The earlier you buy, the more likely you are to get your preferred day. After you buy, our team will contact you to book in a date.
