Do I pay in full to reserve?
Yes. This is a limited drop, so reserving a sauna is paid in full upfront — that locks in your unit and the foundation price. Change your mind before it ships and you get a full refund.
How limited is the drop?
Only [N] units are in the first drop. Once they are reserved, foundation pricing is gone and the next run lands later at standard pricing.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the option you pick: curbside drop, or carried to the room of your choice. Delivery is charged, not included, so you only pay for what suits you.
Can you install it for me?
Installation is available as a paid add-on in selected metro areas. Most blokes have it together in an afternoon, but if you'd rather we handle it, add the install option at checkout.
What power does it need?
It runs off a standard [10A] household outlet. The larger configuration needs a dedicated [15A] circuit. Full electrical specs ship with the unit and are listed on the product page.
What warranty do I get?
Every sauna is covered by a [N]-year Australian warranty on the heaters and cabin, backed by local support. If something's not right, you deal with us here, not an overseas call centre.
