How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is priced on your location and the access at your place, so we confirm it for you rather than guess. Call the sales team on 02 9055 8231 and they will give you the delivered cost for your address, plus installation if you want it, before you commit to anything.
Is installation included?
No. Installation is an optional add-on you choose in step 2, and the price is shown before you check out. Our own crews cover Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. They carry the table in, assemble it, level the slate, check the cloth and take the packaging away.
You can also choose delivery only and assemble it yourself. Outside our crew areas we can put you in touch with a local installation partner. Call the team on 02 9055 8231 and they will tell you what applies to your address.
Can you install upstairs or use stairs?
Often, yes. Send us photos and measurements of the access path so the team can confirm the plan and include any access requirements in the quote.
How long until it arrives?
Lead time depends on the table, finish and delivery area. Contact us for the current estimate before you order.
Can you hold delivery until the renovation is done?
Talk to the team before ordering. We will confirm what timing can be arranged for your table and location.
Can I see the tables in a showroom?
Contact us for current showroom locations, display models and opening details before making the trip.
What room size do I need?
Use the quick size guide in the specialist band above. It allows for standard 57 inch cues. If one side is tight, a shorter cue can solve it.
What finance options are available?
