We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement or breach of liquor laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, in accordance with applicable laws, including consumer protection and anti-discrimination laws.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions, imagery, and colour representations are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from actual items.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available per order
  • Restrict sale of items to specific regions
  • Discontinue any product at any time without notice

Where applicable, installation services (e.g. for pool tables) incur additional fees and conditions. Additional costs may apply for complex access (e.g. stairs), and this will be discussed with the customer prior to fulfilment.

Scratch-and-dent or pre-loved items are non-returnable, but are covered by consumer guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing.

3. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel or modify their order within 1 hour of purchase with no penalty. After this window, cancellation may incur a 10% restocking fee (if boxed) or 20% (if unpackaged), and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pre-orders are refundable if the delay exceeds 30 days from the estimated dispatch date. Custom orders are non-refundable except where there is a fault covered under consumer guarantees.

4. DELIVERY & RISK

Delivery options include home delivery, depot collection, and third-party courier pickup (by arrangement).

Risk and responsibility for goods passes to the customer 24 hours after delivery is marked complete. During this 24-hour window, customers must notify us of any damage or defects. After this time, the item is deemed under the customer’s duty of care.

Customers are responsible for confirming safe access and providing accurate delivery details. Additional fees may apply if redelivery or specialised handling is required.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Conditions:

  • Customer covers return freight
  • 10% restocking fee applies if item is in original packaging
  • 20% restocking fee applies if unpackaged or unboxed
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after approval, or immediately for bank transfers (delays may depend on your bank).

6. WARRANTY

In most cases, we will attempt to resolve issues by supplying spare parts or remote support first.

6A. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC WARRANTY & RESOLUTION GUIDELINES

Kegerators:

  • Common issues (e.g. faulty fans, regulators, compressors, circuit boards) will be addressed via spare parts or video-guided troubleshooting.
  • We provide end-to-end video installation support. In metro areas, we may assist with technician repair if needed.
  • Customers are expected to complete line cleaning and view all troubleshooting documentation before claiming warranty.
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g. front door dents) may result in partial part replacement (e.g. new door).

Pool Tables:

  • No issue requires full return. All components (e.g. slate, cushions, bracing, pockets) are replaceable.
  • If a fault is raised, we may send our install team (cost to customer). If fault is verified, the install cost is refunded.
  • Cloth/pocket issues can be resolved via fast-dispatch parts directly from the supplier.

Arcade Machines:

  • Spare parts available for joystick, buttons, power supply, hard drive, motherboard, graphics card.
  • Repair videos are provided for all hardware/software fixes.
  • Major faults (e.g. total screen failure, DOA, electrical hazard) may warrant replacement or refund.

Virtual Pinball Machines:

  • Issues with solenoids, speakers, displays, or motors are typically resolved with parts.
  • Systems are closed and do not require user firmware updates.
  • Remote video-based support is prioritised before requesting return. Speaker failures are treated as serviceable.

Other Products:

  • Replacement parts or full units may be sent for damaged bar furniture or decor.
  • Items like bar mats, stools, neon signs are replaced if faulty; they are not serviced with parts.

7. POOL TABLE INSTALLATION TERMS

Pool table installations are fulfilled by trained professionals who operate as part of our extended team. By purchasing a pool table with installation, you agree to the following access and fee conditions:

  • Standard installation includes access via 5 steps or fewer at the delivery address.

  • If your property has more than 5 steps, you are required to notify us in advance. A $150 stair access fee will apply and must be paid on-site via card (installer's mobile terminal).

  • If your property has more than 30 steps, a custom installation quote is required. You must contact us prior to delivery to provide step count and access photos. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your installation.

  • If stair access is misrepresented at the time of order and the required fee is not paid on the day, installation will not proceed. In this case, you will be charged return freight and a restocking fee in accordance with our Returns Policy.

By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that all access information provided is accurate and agree to these conditions as part of our installation service terms.

8. ALCOHOL SALES & AGE RESTRICTIONS

We retail alcohol products under the following licences:

You must be 18+ to purchase or receive alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.
