The Premium Platinum Pro runs a faster multi-game board, has a higher game count (1,300+ vs 500+) and comes with improved display calibration and finish. For most buyers who want the best-value machine, the Premium Platinum Pro is the right call.

How large are the upright machines? +

Standard uprights are approximately 180cm tall, 65cm wide and 80cm deep. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page. You'll want at least 2m of ceiling height and a doorway clearance check before delivery.

Do upright arcade machines need professional installation? +

No. They arrive pre-built, pre-wired and tested. The only setup required is positioning the machine, plugging into a standard 240V Australian power outlet and switching it on.

Can I add more games later? +

No. The game library is pre-loaded on the board and is not user-expandable. The game count you get at purchase is the full library. We're transparent about this.
