VIRTUAL PINBALL MACHINE FAQ

What tables are included on a virtual pinball machine? +

The table library includes over 1,000 simulated tables covering Williams, Bally, Stern and other manufacturers. Licensed titles include Indiana Jones, Star Wars, The Addams Family, Marvel VS DC, KISS and AC/DC, alongside hundreds of classic and original tables. The exact list varies slightly between models.

How realistic is the simulation? +

The simulation runs on Visual Pinball, a high-fidelity pinball engine used by pinball enthusiasts and collectors worldwide. The physics, table geometry and lighting effects are accurate to the real machines. The difference from real pinball is the absence of physical ball weight and the magnetic flipper feel. For 95% of players it's a non-issue.

How big is a virtual pinball machine? +

Our machines are approximately 140cm tall (playfield at 90cm), 60cm wide and 130cm deep in playing position. Full dimensions are on each product page. Standard doorway clearance (80cm+) is sufficient.

Are the displays high resolution? +

Yes. The playfield runs on a full HD or higher panel calibrated vertically. The backglass display is a secondary 24-inch+ panel. Both are commercial-grade.

Can I add more tables after purchase? +

The table library is pre-loaded and is not designed for user expansion. The count you get at purchase is the full library. If more tables are important, choose the Premium 1,300+ model.

What warranty comes with a virtual pinball machine? +

12 months on parts and labour covering manufacturer defects. Extended warranty available on selected models.
